1. Our Services

Next Script provides technology and coding education for young learners aged 6 to 21. Our current service offering includes:

• One-to-One (1:1) Live Tutoring: Personalised sessions with a dedicated, trained tutor conducted via a secure online platform
• Parallel 1:1 Tutoring: Small-group sessions where each student receives individual attention within a structured collaborative environment
• Trial Lessons: A discounted or complimentary introductory session allowing new students and families to experience our teaching approach
• Subscription Packages: Recurring lesson bundles offering regular scheduled learning at a fixed monthly or term rate
• Educational Content: Supplementary learning materials, exercises, and resources shared as part of the tutoring programme

We reserve the right to modify, introduce, or discontinue Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

2. Eligibility

• Our Services are intended for parents, guardians, and individuals aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must have explicit consent and involvement from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.
• Parents and guardians who register on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for their child's use of the platform and compliance with these Terms.
• By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access most of our Services, you will need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Next Script reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to contain false information or that breach these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services responsibly, legally, and in a manner that respects others. You must not:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any tutor, member of staff, or other user
• Upload, share, or transmit any content that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, systems, or accounts
• Use our Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Record, reproduce, or distribute lessons, tutor sessions, or any educational content without explicit written permission from Next Script
• Misrepresent your identity or that of any student
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts the learning experience of other students

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Lessons must be booked through our official booking platform or by contacting our team directly
• Cancellations by the parent or guardian must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time to avoid forfeiture of the session credit
• We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions where a tutor is unavailable, and will notify you as early as possible
• Repeated late cancellations may be subject to our late cancellation policy as communicated during onboarding

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, branding, logos, curriculum frameworks, and software made available through Next Script's Services are the sole intellectual property of Next Script and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials solely for your child's personal educational development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Next Script is committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences; however:

• We do not guarantee any specific academic outcomes, grades, or results from participating in our Services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Services
• Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or tools, even where these are used to deliver our Services

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service arrangement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services immediately and without notice where:

• There has been a serious breach of these Terms
• Continued access poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of students, tutors, or staff
• Payment has not been received after reasonable notice

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. You will be notified of significant changes by email or via a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
